There is a upgrading programme going on in my block and my neighbourhood ... and the drilling had been going non-stop for days , and almost 2 weeks . It is driving me crazy ... Cannot imagine early in the morning the first thing you hear is drilling non-stop all the way to past 6 pm before they stop ... when is it going to stop
